online order process

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place your online order.
  2. You'll receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order.
  3. Once we have packed your order you will get another email letting you know it is ready to be collected from the shop during normal trading hours.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FILL AN ORDER?

We will aim to pack orders placed during our opening hours within three hours. If you place an order outside of our normal opening hours, we aim to pack your order within three hours of opening for that day.

You will be notified by email once your order has been packed and ready to be collected.

WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO PICK UP MY ORDER

To ensure the order is being collected by an authorised customer, please ensure you have a copy of the confirmation email. You can show us this on either your phone or with a printed copy.

The person collecting the order will also be asked to provide their name and sign for the collection upon pickup.

The order can be collected by any person who has a copy of the confirmation email whether it is the student, parent/caregiver or any other person who has possession of the confirmation email.

To ensure orders are received by an authorised person, we will unfortunately not be able to release any orders without being advised of the order number which is on all confirmation emails sent to the customer after placing an order.
